Essential Functions:

- Manage and effectively resolve complex liability claims in multiple jurisdictions.
- Evaluate coverage and conduct proactive investigations, reserving, negotiating, and managing the defense of complex liability claims.
- Draft and present claim reviews to supervisor and upper management.
- Maintain timely and accurate claim reserves.
- Effectively manage the litigation process.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of commercial casualty claims handling experience.
- Proven experience negotiating claims and active participation in alternative dispute resolution practices.
- Experience with general liability, commercial auto, and construction defect claims.

Salary range: $83,500 - $125,300
